SO, Caroline manned the Cabbage Rose booth last week/end at QuiltCon in Austin and I'm sure you've seen by now, that this crafty lady made every.single.one. of her amazing outfits for the conference! Um, yeah, we feel like slackers now too...BUT these are projects that all of us can master so use these awesome pictures as motivation to start making some rocking threads for your wardrobe! And be sure to go follow her on Instagram or
on her blog Sew
Caroline, she is SEW inspiring!
Now, without further adieu, here's what Caroline wore on Day Three of QuiltCon!!
We're all just about DYING over this Shift Dress by Favorite Things!! Especially in the perfect Michael Miller Stitch Square print that Caroline picked out for it! This dress truly reads like an awesome boutique find, not something you whipped up over the weekend! To us, feeling good in what you're wearing is super important when making handmade fashions and this is a design you could feel amazing in at every type of event from a wedding to a date night or brunch with friends!
And how sweet is the Washi Dress by Made by Rae (pssst, we're RE-STOCKING this pattern after selling out at QuiltCon!)? Such a simple staple for Spring time in a fabulous floral like that Splendor 1920 English Garden Feisty print by Bari J. for Art Gallery!! Or make it in something a little more subtle and make it your go-to day out dress! No matter what fabric you use for this pattern, you're going to love the result that you get! Here's another take on the pattern that Caroline made with Jennifer Paganelli's Crazy Love Fabric...WE CRAZY LOVE IT!!!
