NEW Jane Austen Quilt Club!!

Have you heard about our BRAND NEW Jane Austen Quilt Club led by Sally Brown? We are stating a new quilt club for those of you who aren't afraid of handwork! If you enjoy stitching with a group of wonderful ladies, learning history, sharing new tips and techniques, enjoying the fun of sharing our created treasures, and building life long friendships, then this is the group for you and you can be a Charter Member!

We'll be learning about the quilt Jane Austen made so many years ago and how we can hand piece diamonds, or hexagons, or stars, or crosses, and how to piece dreaded “Y” seams with great precision. Or, if you've always wanted to make a Dear Jane Quilt, this is your opportunity to make that happen. And, besides all that….we're going to have a lot of fun! There will be door prizes and giveaways and who knows what else will come down the pike?!

The Jane Austen Club will be held at the Cabbage Rose from 10:00am until 12:00pm on the 4th Saturday of each month beginning Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Cabbage Rose. The membership fee will be $7 per month payable yearly. So grab some of your handwork-loving friends and come join us on this journey to Austenland!
